Book a damp survey to diagnose the cause of damp and mould in your property or home.
You own our damp survey reports, and you’re under no obligation to use D&H for any remedial work.
Take our findings to any contractor you choose.
Act now:
Awaab’s Law
From October 2025, social landlords must investigate and fix damp and mould that is hazardous to health within strict time limits (including investigation within 10 working days for significant hazards and 24 hours for emergencies).
Our surveys give clear, evidence-based reports you can use to trigger an action or plan work under these timeframes.
How Does It Work?
-
Rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, ventilation and thermal bridging identified and explained.
-
Moisture readings, thermal observations, photography and root-cause analysis, plus a prioritised action plan aligned to Awaab’s Law urgency (emergency vs significant hazards).
-
If remedial work is required, we’ll outline options and indicative scopes. You can appoint any contractor. If you’d like us to quote, we’re happy to… but it’s your choice.
-
Appointments across Hampshire (Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Eastleigh and nearby).
